These Terms govern your use of What's In My Kitchen (the "App"), provided by Faintech Solutions SRL ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App helps you track food and pantry items you own, their quantities, and expiry dates, and reminds you before they expire. Expiry information is provided as a convenience based on data you or barcode/OCR scanning supply; it does not replace your own judgment about whether a product is safe to consume.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. A "household" may be shared with other users you invite; anyone with your household code can view and modify its inventory.
The App offers a free plan and a premium plan. Premium is billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play as either a one-time lifetime purchase or a recurring monthly subscription, at the price shown at purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; manage or cancel them from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, not within the App. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their respective policies.
You agree not to misuse the App: no reverse engineering, no attempting to disrupt the service, and no using it for unlawful purposes.
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that expiry dates or scanned product data are error-free, and we are not liable for spoiled food, health issues, or other losses resulting from reliance on the App's data.
You may request account deletion at any time (see the Delete Account page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
